The staff is really nice and helpful! Also very calm and relaxing while looking around the store. Also got my L Keychain from here, love it so much. This store is amazing!

Great local shop for gunpla enthusiasts! Stock can go quickly, but restocks happen often, and sometimes with some fairly rare and/or obscure kits. Employees are friendly and giveaways happen every week for some great stuff (inc. Pokemon, Gunpla, chibis, etc).

Hands Downs the best anime shops in El Paso! I've been going since 2022 whenever they have Godzilla Merchandise, Anime Figure, or Action Figure that I love on what they have available. All staff that are there when I go are all friendly and helpful. Chris is one of the friendliest staff I've met. He gives good advice and tips on Gundam Model kits or related model kits like car models on what to start with and choose what you like to go with. He's been the best whenever I see him. Started doing my first Gundam and Car model earlier this year from him. This shop has your Gundam needs of model kits to tool nippers to stand base for your Gundams. Has a good amount of anime figures from one piece to current animes. Some trading cards like Pokémon, One Piece, etc. Good selection of Plushs like Hello Kitty, some anime Plush too. Their prices are reasonable from what they sell of where they buy their merchandise from. Overall, this is one hell of an awesome anime store to come. Thank you to Robo Gato for many amazing shopping experiences. I will continue to love and support this store for what they have available. 🫶🏼

Lot's of anime collectible characters. This is a very specific store. It doesn't have a huge inventory merchandise. It only targets one specific client. My daughter loves it for Sailor Moon and Demon Slayer. My son loved the Pokemon items but I find them a bit pricey. I did buy very cute pens.

it's high time that i give this place credit where it's due, and by gawd is it due everywhere<3 from the staff and the selection, i'm never disappointed when I go frfr, it's like a nice cup of tea, a refreshing first sip and it goes down smooth the rest of the way. Much like the experience there, I enter, I chat with the homeboy that's at the counter, and then we vibe till we say our goodbyes :,)) fun fact this shop got me my first ever ps5, even if i grew up with nintendo, it changed my worldwide view, so Arigato to RoboGato, i hope others will come to see the same love I have for this joint~Luffy🏴☠️
